I led the design of a new CRM interface that prioritized simplicity and accessibility. The interface was crafted to minimize distractions, with a clear, modular layout that brings essential client details front and center. Automated workflows were integrated to streamline repetitive tasks like follow-up reminders, while real-time data syncing with email and calendar tools allowed sales teams to manage client relationships in a single hub. We included personalized dashboards and metrics tracking to give users instant insights into their performance and areas for improvement.

Outcome

Insight CRM improved efficiency across the board, with a 30% productivity increase among sales teams and a reduction in time spent on admin tasks.
